Description

I picked this up used for a steal of a price, but it's been sitting in my basement, unused, for nearly a year. It's 36 lbs before adding any imaging equipment and my mount is rated up to 44, so it's not really advisable to try carrying this thing on it and I've been waiting until I can afford a mount upgrade. I finally got impatient after struggling to produce usable data on Ou4 with refractors, so I decided that I had little to lose by taking this Newt out for first light. I am still learning how to use it properly and will need to update the pros/cons here once I gain a little more competence.
